Our platform includes store creation tools, product management, payment processing, analytics, customer support, dropshipping, and live selling features.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice to users.
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
Creating legitimate online stores, selling legal products, managing inventory, processing payments, providing customer service, and using dropshipping and live selling features responsibly.
Violating laws, infringing intellectual property rights, engaging in fraud, or using the platform for illegal or harmful purposes.
Certain content and activities are strictly prohibited on our platform to ensure a safe and legal environment for all users.
Selling illegal products, engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.
Content that promotes violence, discrimination, harassment, or poses a threat to public safety or individual well-being.
Sending unsolicited messages, creating fake accounts, or engaging in activities that disrupt platform functionality.
Selling counterfeit, replica, or imitation products that infringe on intellectual property rights.
Hosting fraudulent, harmful, obscene, or inappropriate content that violates community standards.
Each store owner is solely responsible for their store's content, products, and transactions.
You are the data controller for your store's customer data and must comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
FlexySell is not responsible for disputes between you and your customers. You must handle customer service and dispute resolution.
You are responsible for all content, products, and information displayed on your store, including accuracy and legality.
If you use our dropshipping or live selling features, you are responsible for ensuring compliance and managing relationships.
You must ensure all products sold through dropshipping or live selling are legal, authentic, and comply with applicable regulations.
You are responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring product quality, and maintaining accurate shipping information.
You must provide accurate shipping and delivery information to customers, including realistic delivery timeframes.
Our platform processes payments for your online store transactions and charges fees for premium services.
We charge subscription fees for premium plans and transaction fees for payment processing. All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase.
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to our services.
Our platform and services are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your content while we maintain rights to our platform.
FlexySell retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, including software, design, and proprietary technology.
You retain ownership of your store content but grant us a license to host and display it as part of our services.
You may use your own trademarks and branding on your store, but may not use FlexySell trademarks without permission.
We provide our services 'as is' and disclaim certain warranties and liabilities to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, or data, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement, and we may suspend services for violations of these terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.
Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms are governed by specific laws and any disputes will be resolved according to our dispute resolution procedures.
